Climate Litigation in the Global South’ is a GNHRE project, sponsored by the Sabin Centre for Climate Change Law at Columbia Law School, and the Transnational Law Institute at Kings College, London. The project highlights advancements in, and obstacles to, climate litigation in the Global South. Sanita van Wyk will participate as an author in this project, specifically in Round 2, entitled 'The Significance of Climate Litigation for Vulnerable Groups in the Global South.
