NEW LIABILITIES IN GLOBAL VALUE CHAINS - This month a new Special Issue appeared with the European Journal of Risk Regulation (Cambridge UP) under the editorship of Paul Verbruggen
It discusses judicial and legislative interventions imposing new private law duties on transnational corporations in international production networks.
