Sustainable finance and the financial law framework in European countries – Christoph Van der Elst

Christoph Van der Elst is participating in a European project on sustainable finance and its financial law framework. On 29 and 30 April 2022 many of the partners in the project gathered together at the Ferenc Mádl Institute of Comparative Law (MFI) in Budapest to discuss the advancements in this area in the Member States. The presenters are currently preparing national chapters which will be published at the end of 2022 by Mohr Siebeck
