Bio

I'm currently a PhD candidate in Accounting at Tilburg University. I am interested in the workload allocation process within audit firms. My current research focuses on how the audit firms allocate their lead auditors, who are responsible for managing and leading the engagement team and who have the signing authority, to their clients.
