Tinne Vander Elst

Bio

Ik ben Universitair Docent (Assistant Professor) aan het Departement Sociale Psychologie van Tilburg University, senior onderzoeker bij IDEWE (een Belgische externe dienst voor preventie en bescherming op het werk), en gastdocent aan de onderzoeksgroep Arbeids- en Organisatiepsychologie van de Vrije Universiteit Brussel (België) en de onderzoeksgroep Omgeving en Gezondheid van de KU Leuven (België).

Mijn onderzoeksinteresses omvatten baanonzekerheid en organisatieverandering, welzijn van werknemers, informationele en procedurele rechtvaardigheid, en hybride vormen van werken (bv. thuiswerk, New Ways of Working). Ik ben geïnteresseerd in intra-individuele processen en maak gebruik van longitudinale surveygegevens en statistische methodologieën (bijv. cross-lagged SEM, longitudinale multilevel pad-analyse) om dergelijke processen te onderzoeken. Naast fundamenteel onderzoek ben ik gepassioneerd door preventie en toegepast onderzoek op het gebied van arbeids- en organisatiepsychologie.
