Type D personality - DS14

Description: The DS-14 assesses Type D personality, which refers to the tendency to experience negative emotions across time and situations (negative affectivity), combined with social inhibition, or the tendency not to share these emotions with others, because of fear of rejection or disapproval.

Adult Social Inhibition - SIQ15

Description: The SIQ-15 is a 15-item survey that assesses adult social inhibition, involving prototypical behavioral (inhibition), cognitive (interpersonal sensitivity) and affective (withdrawal) characteristics. The facets are distinct characteristics and can be analyzed as subscales. The SIQ-15 has been used previously as a measure in stress, health, and well-being research.

Level of Personality Functioning Scale – Brief Form 2.0 (LPFS-BF 2.0)

Description: The LPFS-BF 2.0 is a brief self-report questionnaire based upon the alternative model for personality disorders (AMPD) to assess level of personality functioning. The scale consists of a total of 12 items, of which six items measure self-functioning and six items measure interpersonal functioning. There are three items for each of the four subdomains of Level of Personality Functioning Scale (identity, self-direction, empathy, and intimacy).

Scoring instructions: Scoring consists of a total score (sum of all items), a self-functioning score (sum of items 1-6) and interpersonal functioning score (sum of items 7-12).
