Book chapter: Environmental peacebuilding and indigenous peoples’ rights to lands and resources

Bas Rombouts published a chapter in the new Research Handbook on International Law and Environmental Peacebuilding. His chapter explains that international law emphasizes the important role that indigenous peoples can have in securing sustainable solutions to different types of conflicts by means of inclusive natural resource management processes that contain environmental protection mechanisms.
