Geo-politics: The play between North-Brabant and China

There are close economic and social connections between Brabant and China. Many Brabant companies have a branch in China, or they import products and raw materials from the Asian country. And mind that Tilburg is the end of the new Silk Road. BrabantKennis made a documentary about this relationship. During Night University they will interview experts and discuss the themes: trade and knowledge collaboration. What opportunities does international economic cooperation offer? Is it a good idea to let Dutch and Chinese universities work together? What are the risks and discussion points that we need to talk about? Guests are Cindy Shao, Managing Director Europe at HAND Enterprise Solutions; Frans Greidanus, professor at Zhejiang University and advisor of the board for Tilburg University; and Monique Knapen, chair of the Association Netherlands China, an independent nonprofit organization that strives to enhance knowledge about China and stimulate the dialogue between our two countries.
