These donations will contribute to realizing the dream of the Zero Poverty Lab: stopping generational poverty in the Netherlands. On behalf of all donors, the University Fund hangs ribbons in the Christmas tree on campus.

Zero Poverty Lab
The Zero Poverty Lab is one of Tilburg University's wonderful initiatives supported by the Tilburg University Fund.
Margriet Sitskoorn, Professor of Clinical Neuropsychology and Director of the Zero Poverty Lab: ‘Poverty is a generational problem with a growing impact on individuals and society. Based on research, the Zero Poverty Lab wants to help people break out of generational poverty. By providing more insight into the effects of poverty on the (child’s) brain, we can study and discover ways to prevent and remedy these effects. In doing so, we ensure equal opportunities for children in the Netherlands and break the cycle of poverty, and contribute to broad prosperity.’
