Deadline: Call for HSRI "Cross-Cutting Theme" Seed Funding 2024
This is an internal funding and the call is thus open for all HSRI researchers including PhDs.
To foster and stimulate cross-departmental collaboration and interdisciplinarity within the Tilburg School of Behavioural and Social Sciences (TSB) the Herbert-Simon Research Institute invites HSRI researchers to participate in an open competition for a total of 6 seed funding projects – two in each HSRI cross-cutting theme – “Adaptive societies, organizations, and workers”, “Healthy lifespan”, “Personalized prevention and care”. Every HSRI researcher can submit only one project as main applicant and one as co-applicant.
The deadline for submitting a proposal is Friday December 22th before 23.59 CET, 2023. Proposals should be sent as a Microsoft Word document with the provided template to Marjolein Triepels, project employee of the Research Support Team.
If you have questions regarding the call, please get in touch with the cross-cutting theme leader you are aiming to submit your proposal. Sasa Batistič for “Adaptive societies, organizations, and workers”, Yvonne Brehmer for “Healthy lifespan”, and Floortje Mols for “Personalized prevention and care”.
The Herbert Simon Research Institute for Health, Well-being, and Adaptiveness is a research center devoted to carrying out excellent, state of the art research in order to contribute to healthy and resilient people. We have selected three themes, which involve the collaboration between various Departments and address actual themes in need of both fundamental and applied research.
