Research on knowledge workers during the Covid period has shown that just over half; 57% experience more advantages than disadvantages from working at home. 

Among others, our colleague, prof. dr. Marc van Veldhoven, conducted research in several countries during the Covid period and the results show that the picture is differentiated, there is no universal reaction to working from home.

The article also includes 5 recommendations for best practices and HR managers can also use the questionnaire for the internal organization.
