The Academic Collaborative Center for an Inclusive Labor Market strives for long-term structural collaboration with a wide range of organizations. Central is co-creation in which all partners actively contribute. Partners become part of a process in which we build trust and mutual respect, see each other as equals, exchange knowledge, and blur boundaries.
