Connected leading

Departments involved

The Academic Collaborative Center for an Inclusive Labor Market combines the strengths of individual research groups at Tilburg University. This interdisciplinary network of researchers works on targeted projects that are formulated and tackled in close and structural collaboration with (societal) partners.

Together with these partners, we design and implement new or improved inclusive labor market arrangements and HR policies. We help scale up good practices. We do this from the system world of the labor market, but primarily based on people’s social environment and the everyday practice of companies and institutions.
