Outdoor Escape in Oisterwijk
Escape rooms are often dark places, but we are organizing some as active outside activities: you will be thinking, doing games, and cracking puzzles in the sunshine in the middle of a forest. You won’t need a lot of knowledge about nature, but you do need to work together. Remember to enjoy the scenery! And to keep track of time!
With a wooden box and your smartphone with mobile data, you go into the forest. You have 45 or 60 minutes to return with a code sentence hidden somewhere in the woods. On the way, you get to solve puzzles and do assignments that have something to do with nature or Natuurmonumenten (Society for Preservation of Nature Monuments in the Netherlands).
You can choose one of three outdoor escape routes with different lengths and difficulty levels.
- Aderven: 45 min, difficulty ***
- Brouwkuip: 45 min, difficulty ***
- Choorven: 60 min, difficulty ****
The escape routes are in different parts of the wood and have different puzzles. The three routes can be booked in the following time slots: 10:30 hrs., 13:00 hrs., and 15:00 hrs. A total of nine boxes are available.
Costs
Two to eight people can participate per outdoor escape route/box. The members’ contribution for a box is € 24.95 per Unifriends member. This is a self-guided activity and you can decide who you want to bring.
