Bio

I joined the Department of Accountancy at TiSEM as an Assistant Professor after completing my PhD at The University of Melbourne in 2020. My research lies broadly in the areas of management control systems and corporate social responsibility. Currently, I am examining the use of multi-dimensional performance rewards in creative work contexts. I teach topics relating to management accounting.
