Bio

I am an organisational theorist interested in social issues in management, specialised in non-standard and precarious work in the context of digital platforms. Using qualitative methods, my research and teaching passion is to investigate and educate on the adaptation of organisations and workers to current trends of fast technological innovation, high precarity, and strong demand for business to be socially responsible.
