Bio
After graduating in 1984 as an educational psychologist, I started working at Radboud University Nijmegen. I taught students who wanted to become teachers, in didactics and pedagogy. I also did research, which resulted in my PhD. After that, I worked for 11 years with a lot of pleasure at the NHTV (now Breda University of Applied Sciences), as a lecturer in Psychology and an educational consultant.
Since 2000, I have been working as an educational advisor at Tilburg Law School. I deal with all kinds of educational issues, course- and program evaluations, assessments and accreditations, the University Teaching Qualification and the Senior University Teaching Qualification.
Learning is so important to me; I think it is the key to a beautiful life. My parents didn't get the chance to study, they had to stop school at the ages of 12 and 15, despite their abilities. It had a defining influence on me... In my role as educational advisor, I keep contributing to good education for our students
