Bio

Chong Zhang is an Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management in Department of Management at TiSEM. Prior to joining TiSEM, Chong received her Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University in 2020. She also holds a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from Beihang University.

Chong is broadly interested in Marketing-operations Interface, Platform Operations, Information Economics, Game Theory, and Dynamic Mechanism Design. Her current research integrates both theoretical modeling and data analysis to study complex managerial problems with information asymmetry on digital platforms.
