Bio

My name Iris Wierstra and I work as a researcher in the department of Practical Theology and Religious Studies of Tilburg School of Catholic Theology. I studied Cultural Anthropology and Development Studies and a research master in Social and Cultural Sciences at the Radboud University in Nijmegen. Currently, I am involved in a research project on spiritual care in first line, palliative care. In collaboration with other researchers from TST and the VU, PThU and LUMC we will design, implement and research an intervention for spiritual caregivers in the first line, palliative care.
