Bio
Dr. Joep van Gennip (1979) is Programme Leader Academic Heritage and postdoctoral researcher at Tilburg University (The Netherlands). Currently he is working on several (book) publications about the history of Tilburg University, which centenary will be in 2027. Next to these, he is preparing a popular-scientific history about the Catholic Church in the Netherlands from the beginning till present time. He is one of the editors-in-chief of the international peer-reviewed journal Church History and Religious Culture and chairman of the Echo foundation, an organisation that stimulates historical research on religious institutes in the Low Countries in the 19th and 20th centuries.
