Bio

Naufal Al Labib Tisyadi is a PhD student at Organization Study Department of the Tilburg School of Social and Behavioral Science. Coming from Indonesia, He received his Bachelor at National Institute of Technology (Itenas) majoring in Industrial Engineering. He then completed his Master of Science in Management at the School of Business and Management at the Bandung Institute of Technology (SBM-ITB) with an interest in Organization’s Behavior and Knowledge Management. Under the supervision of Prof. dr. Jörg Raab, Dr. Ashley Metz, and Dr. Nikolas Rathert, Naufal’s research focuses on the role of middle-level actor in relation to the issue of social responsibility with aim to understand how individuals in this position/occupation construct, demarcate, and rationalize their role in the enactment of social responsibility.
