Phillip Wozny

Bio

Phillip Wozny is a part-time PhD candidate within the Tax and Technology group. He aims to focus on the application of reinforcement learning for the design of equitable tax policy. He furthermore he works at Deloitte Tax & Legal as the data lead on the Moonlit project, responsible for data management,  NLP functionality, and information retrieval. Original from Houston, Texas by way of Spain, he is fond of fair weather. He mitigates the Dutch climate by engaging in hobbies, such as climbing, reading, cycling, and playing music.
