Bio

Since March 2022, I am Assistant Professor at the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences, Tilburg University, Department of Human Resource Studies. My current research interests include attendance behavior, in particular attending work while ill (presenteeism) as well as organizational commitment, voice behavior, talent management, and organizational change. My work has been published in distinguished academic journals such as Journal of Business and Psychology, Human Resource Management Review, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, The Journal of Higher Education and Behavioral Research in Accounting, among others. I have acquired external funding from the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research, for example for the projects SEEGEN or PragmatiKK.
