Bio

Dr. Sanne Nijs is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Human Resource Studies, Tilburg University, the Netherlands. Her research primarily focuses on questions related to talent management and talent identification. Within this field, she studies topics such as the favorable and unfavorable outcomes of talent management practices. She has published her work in leading journals in the field, including European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management Review, and Journal of World Business. Sanne is part of the Future of Work and Organizational Psychology taskforce that works towards creating a healthy academic discipline.
