Bio

Stefan Cloudt (PhD) is a science practicioner in the field of Organization Studies in general and more specific on the domains of:

  • organizational development and change
  • organizational dynamics
  • organizational forms
  • serious gaming
  • social enterprises / hybrid organizations
  • social housing associations

He has extensive knowledge about (organizational) research methods. Besides regular quantitative methods his expertise concerns especially qualitative methods like case studies, Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) and qualitative analysis in general. Stefan has also experience in Data Science techniques.

He works at Tilburg University since 2008 and obtained his PhD at TSB in 2015.

Stefan is affiliated (as practicioner) to the Belgian Government (Wonen Vlaanderen) in evaluating the performance of social housing associations. He is a non-executive member of the supervisory board of a Dutch social housing association, and runs his own consultancy-firm.
