Grand Cafe Esplanade

Psychology Café - The Impact of the Psychology Profession in Society

Date: Time: 17:30 Location: Grand Café Esplanade

The theme of this Café event will be The Impact of the Psychologist Profession in Society. During this inspiring Café edition, which will be in celebration of the 50th anniversary of Psychology, we will collectively engage in a conversation about various social issues through Alumni Impact Corners.

During this Café edition, we will take you through the history and future of the Psychology profession including alumni who will be present and discuss their impact on society as experts in the psychology profession. They will also include information about their career developments. Together we will have a fantastic network reception to meet new people and previous classmates. Since we have a lustrum to celebrate, we will welcome you with bites and drinks and a great informal program. Be sure to sign up soon, as we can only accommodate a maximum number of people in Esplanade Grand Café - on campus.

Alumni Impact Corners

Throughout the Alumni Impact Corner sessions, you will connect with alumni bringing an interesting narrative from the Psychology profession. During these sessions where different generations meet, you engage with each other to see other people’s points of view and beliefs. To showcase the field, several alumni, each with a different background, will be present to share their stories. All in all, energetic sessions where meeting fellow psychology enthusiasts is key!

Registration is mandatory.
