Most students choose to do a Master's program after obtaining their Bachelor's degree. Your career depends partly on the Master's program you will do. Graduates end up working, for example, in banking institutions, the government, telecom providers or consultancy firms. There are also graduates who start their own businesses.
What can you do with a Data Science degree?
- A data scientist structures big data with special tools and software. You'll write algorithms to unlock, structure and analyze data. With these analyses, you try to recognize patterns in big data and create prediction models that provide insights for a company or organization.
- A data engineer, designs systems to collect, organize, and make accessible large and complex data sets so that others can use the data effectively. For example, you will ensure that data from different databases can be linked together in a logical way.

A data analyst transforms data into information. You will develop data models, compile reports and provide advice to the management of a company or organization. You will support them in making decisions, optimizing processes and defining strategy.

After getting your Bachelor's degree, you could start looking for a job, but you will significantly improve your chances by doing a Master's program.
