Bio

Dr. Dejonckheere is a part-time Assistant Professor at the Department of Medical and Clinical Psychology. He received his PhD in 2019 at KU Leuven (Belgium), where he is currently also a post-doctoral researcher funded by the Flemish Fund for Scientific Research (FWO). Using experience sampling methodology, he aims to understand how emotions fluctuate in everyday life and how these patterns are indicative of people's mental well-being, both within and between individuals. He is involved in the development and distribution of m-Path, a blended care platform for daily life research and clinical practice. In 2020, Dr. Dejonckheere received an Early Career Researcher Award from the Society for Ambulatory Assessment. In his (limited) free time, He is a clinical psychologist who treats patients with depression and anxiety complaints at PraxisP
