As an organizational analyst with a focus on digital transformation, you will leverage organizational and technical knowledge to communicate and collaborate across business, strategy, and design teams, identifying and managing the different needs of stakeholders.
Knowledge and Skills
As a graduate, you are able to:
- Critically identify and assess societal and organizational issues and devise strategies for digital transformation while managing the different needs of stakeholders.
- Help organizations to analyze, leverage, develop, and implement the best technologies in collaboration with business, strategy, and design teams.
- Add a human perspective to the daily tasks and questions of tech companies. You will be the linking pin between other areas of business and have the ability to understand the competitive field.

Working in the Netherlands after graduation
After obtaining a Master’s degree in the Netherlands, non-EEA students can apply for a residence permit under the Orientation Year for Highly Educated Persons’ scheme. This allows you to spend a period of up to twelve months in the Netherlands to find employment.
