Core-spinning

Core spinning

Core-Spinning is a combined core and spinning work-out. The lesson starts off with 15 minutes of core stability exercises for your abbs, bum, hips, hamstrings and back. It's a good all round workout for your torso which is very important for cycling. During cycling not just your legs but also your torso have to deliver a lot of power. The muscles you use whilst cycling are in contact with each other and work together throughout the workout.

After the core part, you continue the lesson with 40 minutes of spinning. During the spinning part of the lesson you work on your leg muscles and all round stamina. By using a hart rate monitor you can keep track of your hart rate on the screen and use this information to get the most out of your spinning work out. The Sports Center highly recommends the use of the hart rate monitor.
