Indoor and Spinning

Surely you are studying to get to the top? If you're the adventurous type who likes excitement, climbing is for you. Whether indoors on the climbing wall or outdoors on a real rock face, climbing is an extremely challenging sport.
Flexibility, power, tricks and a huge endurance is what T.S.T.V. Saltare stands for. We are the gymnastics student association of Tilburg, an association which despite its small size guarantees sportivity and fun.
Spinning and virtual spinning
Spinning is an intensive form of cardio-vascular exercise which involves pedaling like fury on a stationary bicycle. The workout strengthens the heart, increases lung capacity, improves circulation and helps to tone the muscles. An hour of spinning is a hard physical work-out!
Core-Spinning is a combined core and spinning work-out. The lesson starts off with 15 minutes of core stability exercises for your abbs, bum, hips, hamstrings and back. It's a good all round workout for your torso which is very important for cycling. During cycling not just your legs but also your torso have to deliver a lot of power. The muscles you use whilst cycling are in contact with each other and work together throughout the workout.
