University Services consists of seven divisions and provides support for research, education, and valorization.
The Division of Academic Services deals with Education, Research and Impact and is divided into three units: Education, Research and Impact.
Marketing & Communication
The Marketing & Communication Division concentrates on the recruitment of national and international students for all Tilburg University’s degree programs and on the presentation of the university as a strong brand.
Human Resources plays a significant role by supporting line management in conducting effective personnel management.
Finance & Control
Finance & Control’s mission is to support the Executive Board, Deans, management, and employees in realizing the strategic targets and the primary activities of teaching, research, and valorization by managing the financial operations within the control concept chosen and with an eye to external developments, risks, opportunities, and relevant law and legislation.
Library & IT Services
Library and IT Services (LIS) is a partner in realizing institutional goals in the fields of research, education, and operational management, adopting the role of service provider and advisor.
Facility Services provides services in the areas of real estate, campus development, sports facilities, safety, health and environment, purchasing and contract management, conferences and events, document management, mail and logistics and management support. This provides students, staff and visitors with a working and learning environment of a high quality that enables them to achieve their ambitions in learning, teaching, research and making knowledge available to society.
Executive Services provides support to the Executive Board and the bodies for participative decision-making. In addition, legal support and the internal auditing for the university are accommodated here.
