Virtual Fit & Shape
Virtual Fit & Shape is ClubJoy's most varied group class with a wide range of exercises performed to great music from then and now. You will enjoy working on your coordination, speed, mobility, heart and lung condition, strength and mental and physical fitness. In the strength part we use a mat, elastic and weights. Fit & Shape shows that sport, pleasure and general health can easily go hand in hand.
Virtual Core is an efficient workout to train your core muscles in just 30 minutes in a fast and responsible way. Your belly, buttocks and back become tighter and stronger. Functional training is central to this lesson. Training together, focus on your core and high intensity ensure a fast and visible result.
Virtual Battle is an effective training program inspired by movements from karate, boxing and other martial arts of the Far East. The program consists of dynamic punching and kicking techniques interspersed with slow movements. Battle is more than just movement, testing you mentally as well as physically.
Virtual Step is a training where you use a height-adjustable bench (step) to get on and off. Fast results are possible with this program thanks to the high fat burn. Logical if you know that you regularly step on and off the step every lesson. During the routine you correct your whole figure and work on your condition, while you are inspired by the motivating music and your coach.
