Fitness

At the Sports Center, you can come and work out in one of our gyms, either upstairs or downstairs. You can also attend cross fit training sessions. Our instructors are ready to help you if you need personal advice.

Fitness

During the opening hours of the Sports Center, you are free to come and work out. The Sports Center has three gyms.

Fitness instructors are available in the gyms. They can give you instruction on the proper use of the equipment and the correct execution of exercises.

Would you like to have a personal training schedule or nutritional advice? You can contact the fitness instructor for that too! You can get short advice when you come to exercise. Would you prefer more extensive advice? Send an email to: fitness@tilburguniversity.edu. You will be contacted for an appointment (30 minutes).

If you want to work out, don't forget to book in advance.

Make sure you are aware of the rules that apply in the fitness areas!

Fitness guide

Through my sports account, it is possible to make a personal appointment (30 minutes) with a fitness instructor. The instructor will help you with any questions you may have. Think of explaining how to use the fitness equipment, a personal fitness schedule, or nutritional advice.

Report for the appointment at the front desk in Fitness 3.

Body composition measurement

At the Sports Center, it is possible to gain insight into your body composition using professional scales (brand: Tanita). For example, it can measure fat%, muscle%, and water% with clinical accuracy. The measurement takes place at the information desk in fitness 3. Book an appointment via my sports account.
