Crossfitness is suitable for anyone who wants to get fit and healthy as quickly as possible. The training program is designed so that the exercises can be performed at any level, regardless of age and physical condition. The exercises consist mainly of natural body movements such as pushing, pulling, pulling, bumping, throwing, lifting, jumping, climbing and running, performed with high intensity.
Fitness instructors are at the Sports Center and can provide professional advice and explanations, and – if desired – create a personal fitness plan for you.
Up for a real work-out? The Sports Center runs a short (15 minute) but intensive abdominal workouts on Monday to Friday at 11.00h, 15.00h and 20.00h.
