Sports Center - Crosstraining


Crosstraining is suitable for anyone who wants to get fit and healthy as quickly as possible. The training program is designed so that the exercises can be performed at any level, regardless of age and physical condition. The exercises consist mainly of natural body movements such as pushing, pulling, pulling, bumping, throwing, lifting, jumping, climbing and running, performed with high intensity.

Crosstraining focuses on improving the 10 ground motor characteristics; Endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Crosstraining distinguishes itself by not specializing on one of these ground motor characteristics but on the development of all ten.
