Pre-skating
Even the months when the Ireen Wüst Ice Rink is closed, you can "skate". Join us for pre-skating.
The training consists of coordination, strength and technique exercises useful for rink skaters. These exercises are done on a sports field, slope or forest in preparation for the skating season. You can think of skating jumps, short sprints, cornering and skating moves with and without elastic, abdominal/back muscle exercises and balance exercises.
