Mindfulness is the ability to focus on the here and now. You become less distracted by external stimuli, feelings and emotions within, and learn to really focus on the present moment.
You will need some exercise, and it will become easier overtime. Mindfulness will teach you to deal with stress in a healthy way, to feel what is really important to you in life and it will become easier to accept things that you cannot change.
During the weekly mindfulness classes, we will work on different themes. For instance: mindfulness and study/work, emotions, relationships. The classes are suitable for both beginning and advanced participants.
