The Tilburg University card is credit card sized, and contains your picture, name, student number and administration number.
Please note! You need to apply for the Tilburg University card yourself.

How do I get a Tilburg University card?
As soon as you are enrolled or employed at Tilburg University, you can apply for a Tilburg University card. You have to do this yourself.
You can apply for a Tilburg University card online. After logging in with your Tilburg University username and password, you can upload a clear photo for your card and order your card.
I can't upload a photo. What can I do?

Where can I pick up my Tilburg University card?
Within two weeks after your request you will get an e-mail that the Tilburg University card is ready. You can pick up your card at the Library.
I've lost my Tilburg University card. How can I get a new card?
If your card gets lost, stolen, or damaged, you can block your University card online.
After logging in with your Tilburg University username and password, you can request a new one for 10 euro via an IDEAL payment. Staff members can claim expenses through their supervisor.
Within two weeks, you will be notified via your Tilburg University e-mail address that you can collect your card at the Library.
What is the difference between the old (issued before 2021) and the new type of card (issued as of 2021/2022)?
Beginning with the 2021/2022 academic year, new students received a new variant of the Tilburg University card. Staff members could also request a new card. Although this new card looks a little different than the old one, you can use it exactly the same.
