In addition to exercising on our own sports fields, our sports membership also gives you the opportunity to exercise outdoors in other places, under professional supervision. See the possibilities below.

Horseriding
Horseriding is yet another sport to which your sports membership provides access. You are entitled to receive attractive discounts on lessons and on the hire of a suitable mount (the 'ten ride card') at a local stable.

Crosstraining
Crosstraining is suitable for anyone who wants to get fit and healthy as quickly as possible. The training program is designed so that the exercises can be performed at any level, regardless of age and physical condition. The exercises consist mainly of natural body movements such as pushing, pulling, pulling, bumping, throwing, lifting, jumping, climbing and running, performed with high intensity.

The running training is open to everyone who likes running or wants to start running. You train at your own level, it does not matter if you are a beginner or advanced.

Boot camp
Do you really want to be fit? Join Bootcamp at the Sports Center. Bootcamp is suitable for men and woman, where the emphasis lies on increasing strength, speed, stamina and agility.

T.S.G.V. is a golf club for students. This means that we combine the cosiness of a student-rich environment with the etiquette on a golf course and above all enjoying the golf sport.
