E-assessment: digital examinations with TestVision Online
Although the majority of the examinations will still be organized in a written method, with pen and paper, e-assessment will be used more and more in the future. As a student, you are advised to familiarize yourself with TestVision Online prior to your examination.
In the academic year 2018-2019, Tilburg University will intensify e-assessment with the software program TestVision Online. For this purpose, the brand new CUBE building has been fitted out with special exam rooms. This is also possible in the Goossens building.

Prepare for your examination
As a student, you are advised to familiarize yourself with TestVision Online prior to your examination. Through this practice test you can exercise with questions to become acquainted with the program and get an idea of what TestVision Online looks like.
In the exam room
- You will be allowed into the exam room 15 minutes prior to the start of the exam. Make sure you are there in time to start up your computer. Sit at the table reserved for you, as specified in the notification you have received.
- Personal belongings need to be stored in the lockers on the first floor when you have an exam in CUBE. To open a locker, you need your Tilburg University card. Please remember to take your valid ID card with you into the exam room.
- Start up the TestVision Online testing program. Make sure you can log in with the user name and password of your Tilburg University account. A valid Tilburg University account and password are your personal responsibility. You cannot change your account or password in the exam room.
- During the online test, the lecturer may choose to hand out scrap paper for taking notes. Bring a pen or pencil to the exam room.
